“Hammond Organist,Pianist, Keyboard Player, Composer.
Since 2012, the magazine “Jazz” It” has included him among the best Italian Hammond organists.
He studied music from the age of ten, first in classical music at the Siena Conservatory, in the trumpet and French horn classes. Then,as a self-taught musician, he approached keyboard instruments, and specialized first on the piano and then on the Hammond organ, tackling the various stylistic languages of African-American music in general, such as Blues, Soul, Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Soul Jazz, Rock Blues, Funk and Latin Jazz. He subsequently attended courses at the Siena Jazz Foundation “National Jazz Academy”, where he had the opportunity to study and play with the best musicians on the Italian and international jazz scene. At a later date he will become a teacher at the aforementioned academy. He then deepened his study of the Hammond organ by attending seminars and masterclasses of great masters of this instrument such as Joey De Francesco and Alberto Marsico.
His live activity began at a very young age, playing in various bands, first blues and rock blues, then more purely jazz.
During his career he has held concerts in festivals and clubs throughout Italy (Padua) (Vicenza) (Venice) (Milan) (Genoa) (Bologna) (Modena) (Florence) (Perugia) (Prato) (Rome) (Naples) (Bari) (Lecce) (Crotone) (Olbia) (Palermo) and also on various tours abroad, (CALIFORNIA-USA) (FRANCE) (IRELAND) (CANARY ISLANDS-SPAIN) (SWITZERLAND-Canton Ticino) (AUSTRIA) (ROMANIA) (POLAND) (ALBANIA)”
